You Made It!

Yay!!!  You Made It!!
Welcome to our new Blogging Home.
It is 6:00 in the morning, and Ammon is loading up the car with Christmas presents and treats, so we can head to visit our family for Christmas.
But before we left, I wanted to wish you all a Merry Christmas!

Sorry for the huge blogging lag,  we do sort of have a reason.
First of all, our camera is broke, broke, broke, which means that most of our pictures end up looking like this:

Or washed out like this:
Which means my picture taking has decreased significantly.
Hopefully this situation will amend itself after Christmas (wink wink Ammon).

We also have been a little busy around these parts this past month,
doing things like:

Driving up the mountain to chop down our tree.
Which, I will say, was a total success.
Our tree makes me happy! I am trying to figure  out a classy way to keep it up longer than Christmas:)
(Yes, we still have Porter.  We thought it was a good idea at the time to leave him at Nanas to take a nap while we went and chopped a tree.  What were we thinking on that one?  Don't worry, he will be apart of the festivities next year)

Attempting to take a family picture for our Christmas card:
A quick trip to Manit to see our besties, the Moysh family

 Which included lots of four-wheeling.
 Wheel+Wheel+Wheel+Wheel=Four Wheels of Awesomeness
Building Bunk Beds:

Building forts, and having 'hot cocoa' and watching Christmas movies, almost nightly.
Yes, that is drool on Porter's pillow.  And you wonder why no one wants to lay by him?
Celebrating Ammon's 30 (gasp!) birthday!
Crafting! (Which is code for doing lots of laundry, and having to scrub our kitchen table for 30 minutes as a result)
Playing in the leaves
And making almost every single gift we are giving this year!
Whew. . . almost done!
Scout is quite my little helper.  Although, I just have to smile and nod when she wants to 'help' paint on the snowman noses, and when I look, she has painted a giant orange circle that covers the entire snowman face!

And my biggest reason:
I attempted to earn a little moolah, and paint Christmas windows around St. George:
 (more to come later)

And I even painted The Hobbit at the movie theaters.

 Alright, car's loaded!
Ammon's breathing down my neck, and the open road is calling our name.
We will be back after the holidays.

And the Malufaus wish you Merry Christmas to All. . . And To All a Good Night!
Word.
