After church on Sunday as I was frantically trying to make us a classy lunch of Costco Mickey Mouse nuggets, since we are all starving after church,

Scout came into the kitchen and started dancing.

Scout and Porter dancing is the middle of the kitchen is a pretty normal occurrence. 

But this dancing was new, and fortunately not a normal occurrence

.  

Her dance moves were. . . interesting.

Perhaps Borderline Inappropriate.

Provocative? Maybe?.

Appropriate for a 4 year old?  Probably not.

 

So, we immediately asked her where she learned to dance like that?

"You know. From the Jesus movie."

(FYI: Scout's "Jesus Movie" = One of the animated Book of Mormon movies) 

No Scout.  We do not know what  Book of Mormon cartoon movie is making our 4 year old was dance like she is all hookered up!?!

 

And then Scout offered a little more explanation: "You know when all the pretty ladies are dancing in the big building, just like this."  (See 'Picture B' below.)

So.  Lesson Learned.  Inappropriate dancing may be a side effect of your child  watching a video about Lehi's dream of holding to the iron rod.

Didn't see that one coming!
