Because some things are too important to stop and pull up our pants for:

Cutting paper (or, let's be honest... the table) is one of those things!

 We are learning that without a bum, pants have a hard time staying up,

this poor kid spends a good chunk of his life having to pull up his pants- poor kid.

At least it makes for some funny pictures.
